Job Description:
To develop,build stronger the relationship with existing key customer in order to improve and cross sell Lidar products. Business Development & generate new leads and inquiry eventually converting or translating into sales for clients in the IOT, Intelligent Traffic and smart warehouse System Integrator for company's Lidar sensors.
Key Responsibility:
1) Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
2) Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and understanding their unique needs and objectives.
3) Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and trends within the industry.
4) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop customized solutions and proposals for key clients.
5) Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing strategies to secure profitable deals and maximize business opportunities.
6) Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
7) Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key account performance, business development activities, and revenue forecasts.
8) Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to proactively identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
9) Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, offering strategic guidance and identifying value-added solutions that align with their business objectives.
10) Mentor and guide junior members of the business development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor or master degree in science or engineering, or MBA - Marketing and Sales (will be added as advantage for the application).
2) Proven track record in key account management and business development, preferably in the sensor sector.
3) Familiar with Amazon Last Mile business, and have successful cooperation experience.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5) Demonstrated negotiation and contract management skills, with a focus on driving win-win outcomes.
6) Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex business situations and develop effective solutions.
7) Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
8) Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
