We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen/Bobarista Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, food preparation, cleaning, and other duties as assigned. This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a food and beverage setting and a primary objective of customer service satisfaction. The person will be expected to contribute to this goal by using speed and efficiency for every task in the kitchen and front as consistency and training development will be imperative to the smooth operation of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food/drinks for customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure food safety standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow recipes and portion controls accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate with team/managers to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 with tips
