Description of Work
Provide program and event support for NAA programs; field communications regarding programs and events, provide exceptional customer service; and manage designated programs. Represent the NAA at events and interact with alumni, fans and friends. Position includes administrative and reception duties.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Associate's degree plus one year of professional office experience required; equivalent education/experience considered. Demonstrated customer service experience for a cause-based, not-for-profit-based organization, educational institution or similar. Must have Outstanding interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Proficient in the usage of Microsoft Office systems or general comfort with learning new technologies. Must be able to use discretion in dealing with matters of a confidential nature. Occasional nights, weekends and football game-days required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with event coordination and membership/donor stewardship and service desirable.
