Our Stanlion team does the heavy lifting and makes the process simple for you from sizing to invoicing, and pickup.

Job Summary

• Handling customer's alterations and advising clients about the best fit
• follow-through for product repair or maintenance
• Create & foster genuine client relationships that will result in meeting & exceed sales goals
• Maintain client relationships
• Support the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining those that are existing
• Ability to communicate effectively & build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management
• Be a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience.
• Provide stellar customer service to all clients
• Be knowledgeable about our brand and inventory
• Be professional, articulate, and fashion-forward
• Always be on time, attentive, and present during working hours

Responsibilities and Duties

• Available to work 40+ hours a week
• Alterations Specialist skills, vision, and informed recommendations
• Provide support to our customers and the confidence they need to help choose the "one"!
• completing all fittings and alterations to the high standards of Stanlion Clothing and report to the CEO and COO
• Expert with sewing and assisting with alterations
• Must be detailed oriented and responsible
• Have a creative and detailed eye
• Fashion-forward thinker
• Showcase excellent verbal and written skills
• Passionate about fashion
• Willing to learn new skills

Qualifications and Skills

• Alterations Experience: (required)
• High school diploma (required)
• Fashion design degree (preferred)
• valid driver’s license (Required)
• A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment

Salary and Benefits

• Based on volume or hourly based on experience
• 30% Employee discount
• 10% commission on referrals
