Form of work- Develop hedging strategies to effectively manage the Bank's interest rate risk position.
- Assist in the design and management of the Bank's ALM system to meet the business and regulatory requirements
- Develop good understanding and working relationship with business units and support units, such as IT
- Implement financial models
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis for Sr. Management to support key strategic decisions.
- Develop other junior staffs with the best practice in ALM reporting
- Develop ALM reporting commensurate with the increasing complexity and size of the Bank
- Participate in ALCO, brief senior management of changes in the market risk and balance sheet
- Enhance and expand existing analytics and reporting.
- Develop thorough documentation and control of the treasury ALM analytics, work with the risk organization to mitigate internal and external risks associated with IRR, liquidity risk and capital management.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+yrs in hands-on QRM Balance Sheet system
- 5+ yrs in supporting analytical system to work with large dataset, such as SQL Server, SAS, Python
- 5+ yrs in supporting ALCO functions, both analytical and reporting capacities
- Excellent communication skills and high degree professionalism
The salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $160,000 + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
