Job Description
Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking a Math Tutor for afternoons, evenings, and weekends! This position is ideal for retired teachers looking to still make an important difference in the lives of students!! This is a contracted position.
Type: Remote, 1:1
Schedule: Sessions will be held in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. A minimum of 6 hours a week; a minimum of 2 sessions a week.
Preferred availability from March - June
Clientele: Middle and High School Students
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring, excluding student teaching, of grade level being requested.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and teaching certification preferred. (Not mandatory)
- Must have reliable internet and video conferencing capabilities.
- Must have experience in and proficiency with written documentation regarding lessons and student progress.
- Must have a sincere passion and interest in helping students succeed.
