About Zumbro Education District: ZED is an education district serving six local districts including
Byron, Blooming Prairie, Hayfield, Kasson-Mantorville, Stewartville, and Triton schools. ZED offers a
wide array of educational services to our member districts (please refer to www.zumbroed.org for
details). The ALC serves at-risk students in grades 6-12.
Job Summary: Under the direction of the ALC Principal, the Summer School Coordinator will assist
member districts' counselors/administrative teams with summer program planning, collaborate
with member district core curriculum teams to review summer curriculum and coordinate/align
content, communicate program information, assist member schools (staff, students & families) in
student registration process, prepare materials and manage the student management systems for
summer programming.

Qualifications: Candidates must hold a valid MN teaching license (secondary level preferred),
experience with curriculum development and design, PLC training/experience, knowledge of MN
standards review and implementation practices, credits & transcript audit experience.
