Skiltrek has a contract to hire opportunities with one of our largest customers who are seeking and willing to train eager employees who

have a great attitude and want a long-term career to install equipment that can save lives.

Compensation:

• $19.00 per hour and $100 per week in reimbursement for gasoline.
• The training period is typically 3 to 5 weeks long and is paid at $17.00 per hour

The reality today is that they will take anyone with a good attitude, good work ethic and will show up and is willing to work and learn.

People who come from a job or schooling where they have worked with their hands, provided customer service, worked outside typically work out much better than people with an IT or office space.

Candidates must have:

• Great attitude and work ethic.
• Clean driving record, and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Fundamental knowledge of basic tools (screwdrivers, saws, etc.).
• Willingness to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to get dirty while on the job and work on a ladder.

What you will be trained for and do each day:

• Installation and programming of Burglar Alarms, CCTV (IP & Analog), DVRs, and Access Control Systems for residential customers.
• Installing window breaks, door units, and smoke detectors.
• Troubleshooting signal issues to ensure alarm functions properly if needed.
• Perform daily hands-on field interaction with customers at the site level and some smaller customer care levels.
• Test and verify signals for equipment.
• Train customers on the use of the equipment and answer all questions including ensuring that they have no additional need (equipment, etc.).
• Completing necessary customer paperwork for each job.
• Maintaining accurate truck inventory of company products.
• Provide top-quality customer service.
