Job Description
Schedule: Full-time, driving required, multiple schedules available, must have weekend availability.

Pay: $28. 08 / hour
As an Armed Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 22 years of age.
- High school graduate or equivalent (copy to be submitted)
- Six-month State of Hawaii MVR records
- Pass ONE-TIME physical within the past 6 months.
- Pass 12-panel drug test.
- Physical Agility test involves the carrying of fire extinguisher and lifting a small child and lifting a handicapped person.
- Must be able to pass a background check to obtain an AOA badge.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.*A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
- Complete one of the approved programs:
- Certified State, County or Federal Law Enforcement recruit
- Director approved programs.
- Each LEO will possess the following minimum qualifications:
- 2 years as a Law Enforcement Officer after graduating from an approved program.
- No felony convictions or convictions for abuse of a household member
- Must be able to effectively do the following:
- Supervise Contractors on site.
- Pass weapons qualifications.
- Work effectively with airport management, tenants, other Law Enforcement agencies and the public on matters dealing with the following:
- Security disputes
- Complaints on the performance, conduct or behavior of subordinate employees.
- Appear in court for citations issued.
