Job Description
- Work with stakeholders to coordinate customer movement at the security checkpoints. Responsible for guiding our guests through the lines and communicating directions in a clear and friendly manner, all done with good eye contact, a smile, appropriate body language, and a calm tone of voice.
- Maintaining a pleasant, professional demeanor at all times, while in the public areas of OIA is critically important.
- Direct crowds and individuals in the queueing areas.
- Be alert to safety and security issues, and notify appropriate individuals when issuance.
- It is very important that the Checkpoint Assistant speaks in good English when communicating with CSA' s, Supervisors, Leads or other airport personnel, and passengers. This will help avoiding confusion and possible concerns by travelers/guests.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must have the ability to greet all passengers, visitors, and airport employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- A calm demeanor is required at all times, especially when faced with stressful situations.

Requirements:
- Must have a High school Diploma or GED.
- Must pass a background.
- Drug Test.
- No Visible Tattoos. (Neck, Fingers, face, Arms)
- Must have a professional appearance.
