```Duties```
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft to ensure airworthiness and compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components
- Use power tools, micrometers, soldering equipment, and other specialized tools to perform maintenance tasks
- Fabricate and repair sheet metal components as needed
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to develop and implement maintenance procedures
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aircraft maintenance technology
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of aircraft systems
- Proficiency in welding techniques for aircraft repairs is a plus
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
