Position Summary:
Perform top-notch maintenance on aircraft, engines, and components. Prioritize safety and compliance. Foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain aircraft, engines, and components.
- Overhaul, repair, disassemble, assemble, and maintain.
- Follow manuals and regulations.
- Collaborate with the team.
- Ensure reliability and punctuality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED.
- FAA A&P License.
- College education preferred.
- 737-300/400 experience a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Pass screenings and TSA clearance.
Language and Communication Skills:
- Follow instructions.
- Read and interpret documents.
- Write reports and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively.
Work Environment:
- Maintenance hangar or airline ramp.
- Various weather conditions.
- Aircraft and equipment.
Physical Effort:
- Lift up to 70 pounds.
- Use hands for tools.
- Stand, walk, sit, and more.
- Work in confined spaces.
- Climb ladders.
- Clear vision, speech, and hearing.
