Position Summary:

Perform top-notch maintenance on aircraft, engines, and components. Prioritize safety and compliance. Foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain aircraft, engines, and components.
• Overhaul, repair, disassemble, assemble, and maintain.
• Follow manuals and regulations.
• Collaborate with the team.
• Ensure reliability and punctuality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED.
• FAA A&P License.
• College education preferred.
• 737-300/400 experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass screenings and TSA clearance.

Language and Communication Skills:

• Follow instructions.
• Read and interpret documents.
• Write reports and correspondence.
• Communicate effectively.

Work Environment:

• Maintenance hangar or airline ramp.
• Various weather conditions.
• Aircraft and equipment.

Physical Effort:

• Lift up to 70 pounds.
• Use hands for tools.
• Stand, walk, sit, and more.
• Work in confined spaces.
• Climb ladders.
• Clear vision, speech, and hearing.
