Aviation mechanics (IA, A&P, or AMT) needed to work with our Director of Maintenance for our CFR part 91l maintenance program.
Elite is a young, growing Cirrus Training and Service Center building a fleet of company and client owned Cirrus aircraft in Central NJ. We recently launched a new Service Center to support our fleet and service other aircraft in the area. We specialize in mainly new aircraft for high net‐worth individuals and provide a personalized high‐end experience.
Requirements: aviation maintenance experience
Helpful: General Aviation piston maintenance experience
Extremely helpful: Experience maintaining Cirrus aircraft
Military Experiance Highly desired
Ideal candidate: Completion of Cirrus’ AMT training program or Garmin training program.
The ideal candidate is prepared to work as directed by the DOM following manufacturer’s specifications. . We are looking for detail oriented mechanics who will make sure that every aircraft that leaves the hangar is 100%. Our clients have high expectations, and these must be met every single day.
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience from $28/hr and up for A&P or IA. We will pay for Cirrus maintenance training for quality applicants, and will sponsor employees to gain their A&P or IA once employed if needed.

Location: The maintenance facility is located at Trenton-Mercer airport. Mechanics may have to travel occasionally to one of our other New Jersey locations for urgent repairs.
Hours: Full‐time with a flexible schedule.
