Aircraft Interior Finisher- Required skills: Ability to prep, sand, buff, and stain various veneers and materials. Need the ability to apply high build clear coat finishes to be sanded and buffed to a high gloss. Experience in aircraft finishing preferred, but not required.
The best candidate for this position will have automotive or aircraft experience in clear coat finishing. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.
Essential Duties:
- · Read and follow CAC and customers processes and procedures.
- · Prep work, including sanding, buffing, and staining various types of components such as metal, wood veneers and plastics.
- · Properly mix primers and paints according to specifications.
- · Apply high-build clear coat finishes to be sanded and buffed to a high-gloss finish.
- · Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- · Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
- · Pass pre-employment and random DOT regulated drug and/or alcohol tests.
Education and Experience
- · High school diploma or equivalent.
- · Experience Aircraft Interior Finish preferred
