The Line Service Technician is a critical part of flight line operations. This individual provides many customer and aircraft related services such as aircraft refueling, towing and airport ramp duties, etc.
- Provide face-to-face customer service to aircraft pilots, passengers, and owners
- Render aviation services including aircraft towing and refueling
- Lead arriving aircraft into position and send out departing aircraft while performing aircraft marshaling signals
- Utilize various airport ramps machines such as fuel trucks, ground power units, aircraft tugs, and lifts
- Provide baggage handling, vehicle valet and customer shuttle services
- Use protective equipment and obey all safety procedures
- Remain watchful of arriving and departing aircraft
- Aid and assist customers
- Provide other aircraft related services such as service order documentation, , lavatory service, tire air service, aircraft ground maneuvering, customer relations, pilot transport, ground-to-ground and ground-to-air radio communications, aircraft traffic (marshal procedures), ground power unit service, aircraft windshield cleaning, aircraft amenities service and any other aircraft related services.
- Keep equipment and work area clean and in professional condition
- Other duties as assigned as needed
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Previous experience not required
- Experience performing aircraft marshaling signals a plus
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to Obtain airport security badge
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Manual dexterity
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts; including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
