Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the assembly of Aircraft Components, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate with various teams to streamline the manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures and standards in the assembly line.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the assembly team.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and assembly.
- Extensive background in quality assurance within the aerospace sector.
- Proven track record of managing and supervising assembly line operations.
- Strong knowledge of BOEING, Textron, Lockheed, and Northrop specifications and standards (preferred, but not mandatory).
