Aircraft Component Assembly Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee the assembly of Aircraft Components, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with various teams to streamline the manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures and standards in the assembly line.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the assembly team.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing and assembly.
• Extensive background in quality assurance within the aerospace sector.
• Proven track record of managing and supervising assembly line operations.
• Strong knowledge of BOEING, Textron, Lockheed, and Northrop specifications and standards (preferred, but not mandatory).
