This role will be responsible for operating/overseeing and managing the day-to-day operational and administrative side of our company, this role includes labor, details will be provided in the in person interview if you are not capable of doing labor tasks please do not apply.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspecting/polishing units to ensure they are fully prepared for guests including office errands, deliveries, Apartment , light moves, Polishing/cleaning,and light maintenance tasks ( strong advantage to Handyman/woman experience). (Field shift)
• Handling all administrative and office-related tasks (Office shift)

Required Skills and characteristics :

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills (essential to get along with the Team)
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guests are satisfied
• Experience in the hospitality industry ( advantage )
• Good Time allocation skill
• Strong Advantage to handyman/woman experience ( Mention it in the interview )
• Be able to work in a dynamic position with rapid changes
• Housekeeping capabilities ( Advantage )

Work schedule:
6 days a week, 1 day off , Shifts - you will be assigned to:
Office 9 am-6pm
Field 12 pm-9pm
*Work schedule is determined by the manager according to work load and company needs.

Pay:
Gross $2500 Per Month ($1250 Bi-weekly)
Bonus $500 Per Month ( $250 Bi weekly )
