As an Air-to-Air (A/A) Fighter Subject Matter Expert (SME), you'll bring your leadership, consulting, strategic, tactical, and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in Live, Virtual, And Constructive (LVC) Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) on projects for the client.

You'll use your skills and expertise to research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and provide DMO support across the entire DoD enterprise. Work with us to plan and execute all A/A aspects of daily LVC DMO training events, including mission products and mission planning. You'll create and control scenarios within environment generator software for multiple DMO event types, coordinate with technical personnel for equipment setup and troubleshooting issues, support DMO meetings as an organizational A/A SME, and advise leadership on DMO events and A/A operations.

You Have: 5+ years of experience with conducting operational air-to-air activities 3+ years of experience with conducting training in a DMO environment Experience as a fighter aircraft pilot or as an air-to-air weapons system operator Experience as an air-to-air instructor pilot Top Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Ability to gather requirements and transform the information into solutions that exceed customer expectations Bachelor's degree Graduate of a Weapons School Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
