We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Residential New HomesAir Sealer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with specific experience in air sealing and insulation for Residential New Homes. Knowledge and expertise in operating spray pumps applications is beneficial.
*** $500 bonus after 3 months, $500 bonus after 6 months, $500 bonus after 9 months, $500 bonus after 1 year of employment ***
Responsibilities:
1. Perform air sealing activities to ensure energy efficiency and optimize indoor air quality.
2. Utilize spray pumps and other relevant tools and equipment to apply air seal materials efficiently and accurately.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
4. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and labor hours.
5. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in residential construction, with a focus on air sealing and insulation for New Homes.
2. Proficient in operating airless spray pumps.
3. Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and tools used in the residential sector.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify air leakage points.
5. Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
6. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to office.
