Alliance Technical Group’s Enviromental Consulting Division is GROWING! We are looking for Air Quality Project Managers to join our environmental consulting team. Responsibilities

o Preparation of state and federal (Title V) permit applications and other miscellaneous permitting action applications

o Preparation of Greenhouse Gas Reports, Emission Inventory Reports, Toxic Release Inventory Reports, and other miscellaneous compliance reports

o Development of miscellaneous air emission calculations

o Assistance in conducting regulatory applicability analyses of federal and state regulations

o Potentially provide on-site assistance to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance

o Development of proposals and miscellaneous project reports

o Provide leadership to project teams to ensure timely, exceptional project deliverables

o Provide effective project management to ensure efficient task performance and timely delivery of work products

o Provide technical leadership on complex regulatory issues

o Employ strategic approaches for identifying target clients and winning work

o Leverage and develop relationships to build long-term business partnerships in key industry sectors

o Maintain effective relationships with regulatory personnel in multiple jurisdictions

o Participate in key stakeholder forums and industry groups

o Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director and their clients

Qualifications

o Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Chemical, Mechanical, and/or Environmental/Civil Engineering from four-year college or university or foreign equivalent

o Must have computer literacy, including basic programming

o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word) or related software

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

o Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies

o Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors

o Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
