Aide Caregiver

Introduction:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Aide/Caregiver to join our team and provide high-quality care to our residents. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal assist, as well as providing companionship and support. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with elderly residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal assist

• Provide companionship and support to residents, including engaging in activities and conversation

• Communicate effectively with residents and their families, as well as other team members and management

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned

  
  

Qualifications:

• Diploma or GED

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively with residents

• Compassionate and patient personality
