Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our dynamic team. As an AI Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered applications and solutions. You will work closely with our team of Software Engineers, product owners, and domain experts to create intelligent systems that drive innovation and deliver tangible value to our clients. In this role, you will be at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive the development of AI-powered solutions for our SaaS platform and internal operations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design AI-driven solutions to address them.
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
- Build and deploy scalable and reliable AI systems that integrate seamlessly with existing software infrastructure.
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on AI-related projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that AI solutions meet business objectives and user needs.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing activities to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred.
- 3+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on AI.
- Proficiency in Python is essential, with hands-on experience in developing AI applications.
- Familiarity with tools such as Langchain or LlamaIndex.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks/libraries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical challenges.
- B2B SaaS experience preferred.
