Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Product Manager to join our innovative team. As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of AI-powered products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, define product requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of AI solutions that align with business goals. Your strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong communication skills will be essential in driving the success of our AI product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management of AI-powered products, from ideation to launch and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including software engineers, data scientists, designers, and business teams, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs, market trends, and opportunities for AI product innovation.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business objectives.
• Define clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure the effective integration of AI algorithms and models into the product.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve product features and user experience.
• Monitor product performance and key metrics, analyze data, and propose enhancements or optimizations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
• Stay up-to-date with AI advancements, industry trends, and best practices to drive product innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on AI-powered products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Solid knowledge of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in defining product requirements, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
• Passion for innovation, user-centric design, and creating exceptional AI-powered products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
