AHS Assistant Forensics Coach

Abilene High School is hiring an assistant Forensics coach. Primary duties (but not limited to) are helping students with individual events, sponsoring students at tournaments, and working closely withe head coach to strengthen our program.
Desired characteristics include (but are not limited to):
__excitement for the activity and positive representation through appearance and actions.
__knowledge of forensics and ability to advise participants on how to strengthen performance in their event.
__ability to communicate and work with head coach to carry out duties as assigned.
__ability to develope appropriate relationships with participants that have recognized boundaries between coach and participant.
__ability to motivate students to meet their full potential.
__ability to sponsor students for both week day and weekend tournaments.
