Agriculture Success Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Agriculture Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, a strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the agricultural industry. The Agriculture Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of agricultural products and services to farmers, agricultural businesses, and other relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the designated territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the agricultural industry, staying updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies.

Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to customers as needed.

Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to customers and management.

Stay updated on the company's product offerings, pricing, and promotional activities, effectively communicating these to customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven track record of success in agricultural sales or a related field.

Strong understanding of agricultural practices, products, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

Willingness to travel within the designated territory as required.
