Responsibilities
  • Creates, develops and maintains customer accounts.
  • Knows and follows a defined sales process.
  • Maintains product knowledge on agricultural equipment and reports on competitive market and product activities.
  • Understand various financing options available on agricultural equipment.
  • Organizes product demonstrations and clinics for commercial mowing customers and participates in local trade shows and dealership promotional events.
  • Responsible for sales of Agricultural tractors and implements.

  • Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge
    :

  • Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required. We value enthusiasm, drive, and a willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of farming practices is a significant advantage. If you've been on the farm, you understand the needs of our customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You'll be building relationships with farmers, so being personable and relatable is key.
  • A self-starter who is highly motivated and ready to take ownership of their territory.
  • Technical acumen is a plus, especially if you have experience with Precision Ag technologies.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
