GovCIO is currently hiring a Agile KANBAN/DevOps Team Coach in support of the Air Force BlueSCI network. This position will be located in San Antonio TX and will be an on-site position.
Responsibilities
Executes and manages the implementation and deployment of Agile solutions within a technical team. Facilitates agile ceremonies and serves as the business representative in defining the priorities and future direction for the solution. Mentors and coaches others in agile techniques and processes. Coaches teams in usage of Agile techniques, such as Scrum, Kanban, Feature Driven Development (FDD), etc. Coaches teams in usage of key DevOps practices, such as continuous testing, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), continuous monitoring and infrastructure as code. Works directly with development teams up to and including large enterprise transformation efforts. Prepares coaching materials, offers shared knowledge sessions, and leads retrospectives to promote continuous learning and continuous improvement.

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

- Coaches teams on Agile and DevOps practices that would most benefit project objectives.
- Prepares and presents material to teams of all sizes, including the enterprise, showcasing usage and benefits of Agile and DevOps practices.
- Mentors project leaders on industry standard Agile and DevOps techniques.
- Works across teams to ensure practices are coordinated.
- Tracks progress and improvement of teams utilizing new skills.
- Evaluates activities for continuous improvement of teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12 + years (or commensurate experience)
- MUST have an active PMP or Agile certification
- Must have a minimum of 6 years' experience with KANBAN and/or DevSec/Ops
- Excellent written/verbal communications skills
- Clearance Required: TS/SCI
- Verified eligibility active on Day 1
