****Must live within 20 miles from the Albany or Saratoga Springs, NY areas.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Aggression/Behavior Modification Dog Trainer to join our team. This position requires previous experience in aggression or obedience dog training. As a trainer, you will be responsible for working with dogs exhibiting human and/or dog aggression at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train dogs with human/dog aggression, using effective behavior modification techniques.
- Board 2-3 dogs at a time in your home, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and secure crate or kennel environment for the dogs.
- Provide daily exercise, mental stimulation, and socialization for the dogs.
- Educate dog owners on handling techniques and behavior management strategies.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in aggression or obedience dog training is highly recommended.
- Ability to handle and train dogs with varying levels of aggression.
- Willingness to board 2-3 dogs at a time in your home.
- Passion for working with dogs and a deep understanding of canine behavior.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to educate and guide dog owners.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for the dogs.
- Video skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
