Part time:
- $15 per hour
- Health insurance
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday work week (off Thursday and Tuesday)
- 9am – 5pm
Duties include:
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Managing Customer Renewals
- Assisting customers with billing and payment questions
- Scanning and attaching paperwork
- Opening office and office general upkeep
- Payroll Assistance
- Phone interviewing candidates for sales and service positions
- Mail handling
- Scheduling appointments
- Telemarketing current and former clients
- Upselling current customers
- Note taking and task creation
- Money handling
- Creating Weekly Customer Service/activity reports for managers
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in customer service and problem solving
- Must be willing to work independently and within a team environment
- Must be a self-starter
- Positive and optimistic perspective a must
- Opportunity for promotion
Insurance Licensing
- Property and Casualty License Required
- Agent will pay for materials
