Title:Agent Settlements Representative
Location: Remote, with ability to work from the Jacksonville office as needed
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary range: $17.12-$21.39 per hour, depending upon experience
What work will you perform?
Responsible for processing settlement adjustments, researching/responding to settlement inquiries and retaining documentation.
Essential Responsibilities:

• Process rate corrections
• Process settlement adjustments and maintain log of adjustments
• Run/audit queries as assigned
• Respond to all inquiries regarding settlement issues, research issues and process adjustments if needed
• Responsible for answering e-mails timely and accurately
• Responsible for handling phone queue calls
• Responsible for mailing Agent Settlement checks
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining scheduled deductions for agents
• Responsible for retaining/imaging appropriate documentation of all adjustments processed/settlement correspondences.

Required Minimum Experience and Education:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One year minimum accounting or billing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Experience and Education:

• Associates degree

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Data entry skills 88 kpm.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Position requires an individual who is dependable, reliable and accepts accountability for work performed.
• Multi task oriented with ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
