The Position

If you are a motivated, organized self-starter, we want you to join our family. As an Agent Services Coordinator, you will help our sales associates optimize their tech and marketing efforts. You will be the link between our Corporate Marketing Department and the branch/agents you work with directly. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits.

You¹ll spend your days:

• Raising awareness of the brokerages¹ tools/programs
• Helping agents with their social media presence and developing marketing plans
• Assisting in communication and training of the marketing, social media, and technology programs we offer

What You Need to Succeed

• Prior experience in residential real estate is highly desired.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing knowledge, a plus.
• High School Diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a professional setting.
• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook; practical knowledge of social networking websites. Able to learn and use real estate-specific websites and databases.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in order to present our marketing programs to our sales team and work with individual agents on their marketing plans.
• Proactively responds to internal and external customer questions, demonstrates group presentation skills, and speaks clearly in positive and negative situations.
