Agency Temp (Bulk)

Staff-Up is Seeking an Agency Temp Bulk for a fast paced 3rd party Logistics company

2nd shift: 2:30pm-11pm

Pay rate: $14.00

Job Description:

o Pull cases of shoes (approximately 20-25 lbs. per case) from our bulk shelves
o Build pallets of cases
o Use pallet jacks to move the inventory around the warehouse
o Stock product to the shelves
o Manual unload inbound trucks of inventory (approximately 500 cases in a 2 hr timeframe)
Bulk team members will need to be able to withstand the physical nature of the job

Job Expectations:
1. Attendance, punctuality, and communication (in advance for missing shifts)
a. Attendance is the #1 thing that tells us whether a candidate will workout or not. We are now setting expectations in the interview that the candidate gets one missed day (unexcused) in their first 90 days before termination
b. OT is mandatory when it is called. This would include additional hours during the week and the potential for Saturday’s, if needed
