Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.

Policy Selection: Assist clients in selecting the most suitable insurance policies and coverage options based on their individual requirements.

New Business Development: Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

Policy Management: Regularly review and update client policies to ensure they remain current and provide adequate coverage.

Claims Assistance: Assist clients with the claims process, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution.

Insurance Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance P&C license in the state of New Hampshire or be willing to obtain one.

Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve sales targets.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing client information and policies.

Professionalism: Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner and represent the agency positively.
