Job Title: Agency LPN (Per Diem/Contract) 

Location: Proctorville, OH

Pay Range: Up to $33/hr

Details of LPN Opening: 

• Shift: Day, Night, and Weekends Available 
• Per Diem/PRN and Contract available 

Requirements: 

• Graduate of State Accredited School of Nursing 
• Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience 
• Active LPN/LVN Ohio State License or Compact License 
• Active CPR card/Current PPD skin test 
• Eagerness to work and learn with new teammates
