Great Lakes Wine & Spirits is a growing statewide company seeking a Dispatch Invoice Processorto work with our Transportation Department in Highland Park.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Dispatch Invoice Processor is a hybrid position with two primary duties, 1) Being first contact for delivery drivers while on the road, and 2) Back-up for Invoice Processor. These duties include but not limited to:
- Print pick labels for warehouse picking.
- Completing Accident/Injury reports as needed.
- Communicating with lease providers (Ryder & Penske) for Preventative Maintenance and route breakdowns.
- Auditing route paperwork and correcting errors.
- Opening and Closing depot buildings.
- Customer Service - handling customer issues.
- Cleaning and organizing.
- Other tasks and assignments as needed.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
The Dispatch Invoice Processor will be working prolonged periods of standing and sitting while operating computers in a warehouse environment. The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration where the noise level can be loud.
Work Schedule
The Dispatch Invoice Processor is a full-time position working afternoon shift Monday through Friday and may often times require later hours depending upon daily needs and coverage. Saturdays may be required as schedule demands.

Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma/GED
- Able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Able to think outside the box and take direction from various departments.
Additional Requirements
- Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the employee policy manual and any applicable contracts, signed agreements, and work rules.
- Cooperates with all management and staff of GLWAS.
- Follows all MLCC rules and regulations, as they apply to the position.
- Use alcohol in a responsible manner when related to business activities.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including a full Background Check, 10-Panel Drug Test, and Physical Evaluation
