Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and dietary requirements
- Collaborate with the dietary department to ensure meals are prepared on time and meet quality standards
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the appropriate personnel
Requirements:
- Prior food service experience helpful, but not required
- Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
