TheAftermarket Yard Supervisoroversees and coordinates daily yard operations. This role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to managing yard personnel, building, and improving processes, tracking inventory, performing inspections, and ensuring safety, productivity, and adherence to regulations.

What You Will Do:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Aftermarket team members in the yard.
- Oversee the upkeep, organization and maintenance of the yard and equipment.
- Inspect forklift equipment and baler machinery and ensure equipment are of quality working conditions.
- Manage inventory of equipment and supplies and order replacements as necessary.
- Train new hires on yard policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Conduct performance evaluations for yard workers and provide feedback on performance and areas of growth.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies regarding waste disposal and recycling.
- Provide assistance in other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to The Role:
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a yard or logistics setting
- Expertise in yard operations, including loading and unloading of trucks, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize work and perform assigned duties
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
