Job Summary:
The Aftermarket Sales Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating and maintaining various sales and marketing support efforts and administrative duties for the department.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists with building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Supports the development and delivery of parts department KPI reports and presentations.
- Stays up to date on industry trends, new products, and competitive promotions.
- Supports competitive pricing and benchmarking.
- Coordinates with Dealer Development on new dealers / customers as needed.
- Works closely with parts sales on inquiries and order processing.
- When required, supports parts sales with order entry.
- Works with IT and Finance to ensure Power BI reporting accuracy.
- Involvement in the new aftermarket product launch process to provide input from the sales side.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Analytical, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment, with several projects at one time.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products – Excel, Outlook required.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with manufacturing software is a plus.
- Proficient in Syteline is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to talk and hear to enable effective communication.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Vision abilities required by this job to read and write.

- This position is hourly, non-exempt. Hours for this position are 8:00a - 5:00p, Monday-Friday.
