DCI Donor Services (DCIDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! Our mission at DCIDS is to save lives through organ and tissue donation, and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work!! We are looking for an Aftercare Administrator to serve as a liaison between the organization and transplant centers. This position requires a large focus on administrative work, data entry, and meeting deadlines. This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, detail oriented, and wants to play a role in the organ donation process!

For over four decades, DCI Donor Services has been a leader in working to end the transplant waiting list. Our unique approach to service allows for nationwide donation, transplantation, and distribution of organs and tissues while maintaining close ties to our local communities.
DCI Donor Services operates three organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations: New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services, and Tennessee Donor Services. We also maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Tennessee Donor Services Eye Bank.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:

  • Communicates/collaborates with transplant centers nationwide to obtain post-transplant recipient information.
  • Enters post-transplant recipient information into data system within established timelines.
  • Prepares correspondence by phone, e-mail, and fax. Operates postage meter and prepares letters for mailing.
  • Answers and routes incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensures continuity of donor family care with Aftercare Team and recommends process improvement where appropriate.
  • Maintains proprietary and confidential information regarding the organization, donor families, and recipients.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Task-oriented and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Data entry and typing skills required.
