SPATCO is looking for an energetic 3rd Shift Dispatcher to join our team and work from home. This person will be responsible for dispatching the on-call technicians for priority calls in any and all branch and satellite locations. This position will also cross train with billing and bill calls.
- Dispatch service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
- Enter service calls into our Field Service Management System.
- Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service.
- Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from field personnel and branch management.
- Monitor service personnel in order to accurately coordinate service and schedules.
- Assist in processing and billing of service invoices.
- Previous Office and/or Dispatch Experience Preferred.
- Must be dependable and detailed oriented.
- Customer Service experience.
- Strong communication: Must have the ability to listen and speak plainly and communicate effectively.
- Able to multitask and perform a variety of tasks effectively.
- Problem solving skills – must be able to prioritize the most important situations, evaluate and resolve issues in an efficient matter.
- Candidate must also have a strong internet connection and the ability to work rotating weekends.
- Strong Computer Skills
- Ability to work under time constraints efficiently and have the ability to work well with others.
