Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee an Affordable Property, Sage Place at Rapid. Your leadership and expertise will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of both properties
• Utilize your HUD/Tax-Credit experience to ensure compliance and high-quality services
• Foster a resident-centric approach, providing assistance and guidance
• Be adaptable and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain close proximity to our home office (within 1 hour)

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership skills
• 3+ years of HUD/Tax-Credit experience
• Passion for resident well-being
• C.O.S certification required
• Mentoring abilities
• Adaptability to evolving challenges
• Residence within 1-hour proximity to the home office
