Do you have experience working in low-income tax credit housing? We have an exciting opportunity for a self-driven, critical-thinking, and detail-oriented individual with LIHTC work experience. This position will provide administrative support to the Director of Property Management.

Some of the job responsibilities will include:

• Compose routine correspondence & recurring reports for divisional managers.
• Assist with tenant inquiries, complaints & service orders.
• Research & obtain utility allowances.
• Prepare & submit property reserve replacement requests.
• Prepare & distribute required reports to stakeholders & governing agencies (i.e. US Department of Housing & Urban Development, Rural Development, Ohio Housing Finance Agency & Ohio Capital Corp of Housing).
• Prepare & manage Section 8 contract renewals and management agreements.
• Notarize documents for various departments and companies of Oberer Companies.

Skills and Qualifications

• One year experience in office administration or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Two years experience working in LIHTC is required; Project Based Section 8 is also desired.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• Must be self-driven, have good organizational and time management skills.
• Must be proficient with computers, knowledge of Yardi property management software is a plus.
• Experience working in HUD's Secure Systems, DevCO, and Yardi preferred.
• A valid driver’s license, own transportation, and good driving record are required.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
