Summary of Role:
This is a dual role where an individual is responsible for professional and administrative work in the implementation, coordination and development of GF's Affirmative Action Plans. Under the general supervision of the Affirmative Action Officer and DE&I Leader, this position is primarily responsible to work with GF's third-party consultants in developing, administering, coordinating and monitoring comprehensive Affirmative Action plans. Additionally, the role will work on Company Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) disclosures for the Human Resource Department. Project time spent on AAP and disclosures is 70/30.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Work with GF's consulting partners to prepare data for multiple site plan generation once per year with a mid-year progress report.
  • Work with managers, Employee Relations and Human Resources on compliance plans integrating numerical goals and timetables for improving targeted group representation.
  • Provide specialized expertise on OFCCP and Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action legislation and guidelines.
  • Serve as lead resource person to provide specialized expertise on local, state, and federal guidelines to achieve compliance with Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and other related orders/statutes/legislation.
  • Provide guidance and leadership in partnership with the Human Resources Department to develop job families, confirm recruitment areas, and other data required to be validated as part of the data iteration process with external consulting partners.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement systems, action plans, and procedures to assist Talent Acquisition, the Business, and DE&I in preparing long-term and/or strategic recruitment plans to address diversity goals.
  • Ensure all OFCCP and EEO compliance documentation is recorded and closed.
  • Lead any OFCCP audits
  • Analyze training needs and offerings to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Identify underutilization and/or review representation for position.
  • Identify meaningful measures for protected class group members.
  • Prepare and present written and oral reports. Make recommendations with respect to data and related policy.
  • Provide information to departments and groups to allow them to effectively understand and use data.
  • Develop and/or recommend enhancements to recordkeeping and assessment processes and tools.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on effective outreach process and documentation.
  • Perform related work as required.
  • Collate HR content and prepare material for the annual CSR report.
  • Assess Human Capital disclosure requirements by ESG rating agencies and recommend enhancements for disclosure.
  • Act as HR subject matter expert for ESG disclosure landscape.
  • Own HR data reporting for on-going ESG disclosures.

Other Responsibilities:
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Three (3) years of directly related professional experience in a responsible Affirmative Action/equal opportunity role which placed considerable emphasis on AAP expertise and program/plan development and administration.
  • Familiarity with Environmental Social Governance and Company Sustainability Responsibility reporting.
  • Exceptional writing skills, good with metrics, organizational skills
  • A degree from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, Political Science, Sociology, or a related field.

  • At least four (4) years' experience in applying the following:
  • Principles and practices of Affirmative Action and equal opportunity.
  • Relevant laws, rules and regulations.
  • At least two (2) years' experience in applying the following:
  • Training techniques, development and implementation.
  • Public administration and human resource management principles and practices.

Expected Salary Range
$74,500.00 - $140,800.00
