You may have noticed that our headquarters are in Boise, ID, but our workforce is fully remote in the following states: Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin. All team-wide meetings are scheduled to be inclusive of U.S. time zones.

What We Need From You:
- Initiative: Take the lead as an independent and enthusiastic individual eager to learn and grow.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills, working efficiently and effectively with little to no error.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, staying strategic, flexible, and results-oriented.
- Experience: Bring at least 1 year of experience in strategy, communications, account management, analytics, or a related field.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teams, taking ownership of your work and its efficacy.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience using sales, CRM, and research software.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace Resources (doc, sheets, drive, slides).
- Previous affiliate experience a plus!
Physical Job Requirements:
- Use of Fingers: Picking, pinching, typing, or working primarily with fingers.
