AFACTR -PATH AmeriCorps Program

Member Duties : *Provide family case management and parenting education through home visitation or on site parenting classes *Provide community resources, referrals and information*Participate in all AmeriCorps trainings, team management meetings and national and community service events*Plan & participate in Family Resource Center activities and events*Report program data*Build connections with local community agencies*Maintain professional boundaries, client confidentiality, and multicultural proficiency*Receive Mandated Child Abuse Reporter training*Assist in community outreach and engagements, recruit and coordinate volunteers. Must fulfill an 11.5 month, 1700 hr term of service; MUST HAVE A CAR to be eligible for the program, clean driving record and insurance; must pass live scan, DOJ, FBI, and be clear the Sex Offender Registry. Positions are filled on a first come first serve basis.   Program Benefits : Childcare assistance if eligible ,  Living Allowance ,  Health Coverage ,  Training ,  Education award upon successful completion of service .    Terms :
