Synergy by Travis Shaw, MD, is seeking experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injectors(Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioners, or Registered Nurses) for our newest location in Midlothian, VA! Our goal is to support a thriving, long-term, and successful career. You will be joining our team of over 75 talented medical and spa professionals, all of whom are dedicated to bringing you the latest advances in medical aesthetics, skincare, body therapy, and plastic surgery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Current VA Nursing License (Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse)
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in aesthetic nursing
- Strong knowledge of neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Highly polished and professional appearance.
- Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients, and staff members.
- Excellent customer service and consultative skills
- Knowledge of electronic health records and thorough documentation skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, TouchMD, and EMA skills helpful
ESSENTIAL Skills and Abilities:
- Possesses wide-ranging knowledge of nonsurgical and surgical cosmetic procedures
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as a team member
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Empathetic with patient’s needs and concerns
Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
- Conduct client consults and treatment plans
- Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
- Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
- Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly individual service goals.
