Job description

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify product dimensions and specifications
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities
- Analyze test data and inspection results to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Follow established quality control procedures and adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
- Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality systems and processes

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or training preferred
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and equipment
- Familiarity with QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) methodologies
- Understanding of CGMP regulations and quality system requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
