Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source Parts from vendors.
- Required to work on site at customer facility 100% of the time.
- Handle the purchasing of parts.
- Review and load supply/demand requirements.
- Review site inventory.
- Work with suppliers and internal network to mitigate gaps in material supply
- Provide timely communication to manufacturing and other relevant internal functional personnel
- Coordinate Priority and demand with Site Support.
- Monitor supplier performance.
- Expedite materials as needed.
- Provide quotes for material purchase orders.
- Interact with program and site leads to convey and communicate needs and direction.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- ERP
- Sharepoint
- Microsoft Windows Office Professional Suite.
- Proficiency manipulating data within MS Excel to create graphs, charts, and tables required
- Ability to create business correspondences using email and MS PowerPoint required
Desired Skills:
- Exposure to ERP systems, SAP/Epicor preferred
- Self-motivated, disciplined, passionate, and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great interpersonal and networking skills
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
- Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
- Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
- Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
- Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
- Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
