Aerial/Ground Coax Splicer

PLEASE NOTE: Must own equipment and be able to provide a small crew in order to apply.

We are searching for Ground and Aerial Linemen that can provide their own bucket trucks, required tools, and a small crew to join our team.

Successful candidates will have experience working with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, as well as proficiency in operating bucket trucks and other heavy equipment. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform lineperson duties including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical power lines.
• Operate bucket trucks and other heavy equipment to access power lines.
• Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Assist with utility locating to ensure the proper placement of power lines.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems.
• Proficiency in bucket truck operation and heavy equipment operation.
• Knowledge of electrical rigging techniques and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with utility locating methods and practices.
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Indianapolis, IN: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
