What do our Aerial Pilot's do?
- Be able to keep a clean, tidy work environment
- Always maintain a professional attitude while representing VDCI
- Preflight and post flight aircraft thoroughly
- Report all aircraft squawks in a timely manner to Chief Pilot and/or the Director of Maintenance
- Loading and unloading of aircraft
- Fly aerial missions as required
- Act at times as liaison between customers, Chief Pilot and/or Assistant Chief Pilot.
- Be licensed and maintain aerial licenses in required states that missions are flown
- Maintain a valid second-class medical certificate
- Participate in all company required in house functions
- Document all flight data as required by FAR's, state and local requirements
- Comply with all OSHA, state, and government requirements regarding PPE, Hazmat safety,
- Comply with all company flight ops. and FAA regulations as required
What do you need?
- FAA Commercial pilot certificate
- 300/1000 hours of total flight time
- 100/350 hours of Multi-engine time
- 25 hours within the last 12 calendar months
- Flight instructor ratings with Instrument and Multi-engine land - preferred
- 100/300 hrs. of part 137 work - preferred
- Has served as an Intern Pilot for a min of 1 season (April-November)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Available to work Monday-Friday and some weekends, as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain mandatory licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations
- Must pass pre-employment background screen and drug test
- Must possess a valid driver's license and motor vehicle record search

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
